I had a situation where I need to get a prescription filled ASAP due to some medical surgery and complications. We woke up to a spring breaking on our garage door so I was trapped. I called one company and they said I could get into the Noon to 5:00 p.m. slot. I called Carmel Overhead Door and explained my situation. The owner called and directed the service man to drive from Anderson directly to my house to fix the door. He truly saved the day.
